Just realized how meaninglessly I'm spending my money lately on unimportant trivials and self indulgence when there's so much sadness in the world because of the lack of it. Bought a frappe at macs for 5 bucks but couldnt buy tissues from an old lady carrying a big bag of it. She's actually working so late into the night. Probably living alone without children or abandoned by her own children..?

And even if I offer it up as a little bit and it may seem like it doesnt contribute much, it's still a small effort at making another's life better. My work is nothing but a drop in the ocean, but if I didn't even give that one drop.. The ocean would be one drop the less. Woe to me. Haha.

"the great reward" = that received in heaven. Haha. But not that the rest doesn't apply across faiths and to the faithless.
